What Heritage Harvest means
Dracula Heritage Harvest (on labels, in short: ‘Heritage Harvest’) is Dracula Food’s own house term. It describes a concrete standard we set ourselves.
The standard in five points
- Origin. Ingredients come from Transylvania and the Carpathian region; the area or locality is stated on the label.
- Selection. Every batch is chosen and tasted before acceptance; batches that fall short do not carry the term.
- Minimal processing. Traditional recipes, a short ingredient list, no added flavourings or colourings.
- Traceability. Every product carries a batch number that leads to the producer and to the production or harvest date.
- Season. Made in season, in limited quantities.
What it is not
Heritage Harvest is not a certification, is not awarded by an external body and does not replace any regulated statement on the label. It is the house’s promise, checked by us, batch by batch.
Where the term appears
The term appears only on products that meet all five conditions. Each product’s label shows whether it carries the term, in the short form ‘Heritage Harvest · Dracula Food’.

Dracula House of Taste is the house of taste behind Dracula Food. Heritage Harvest describes the products; Dracula House of Taste names the house that chooses them.
